1.Translation

Research for performance/quality improvement of machine translation on Japanese patent documents

Japio has completed research and development for compilation of original technical term dictionaries and for a machine translation support system to improve accuracy of patent document translation. This work was subsidized by a grant from the Japan Keirin (bicycle racing) Association (JKA) in 2002.

2.Japanese language processing

Feasibility study for development of technical Japanese platform as an economic revitalization measure

Japio conducted the feasibility study in 2007 and in 2008. This study was entrusted by the Mechanical Social Systems Foundation with subsidization from the Japan Keirin (bicycle racing) Association (JKA).
